I bought this to wear under red lipstick and while it's a bit darker than I anticipated (sort of a brick red), I wear it all the time! It makes my red lipsticks look really rich and as I use it all over as a base, it really helps the lipstick stay put for a long time. It's really creamy and applies so smoothly. If it came in a brighter red, I would buy it in a heartbeat!
