Mascara smears.

I first purchased the black mascara applying it only for special occasions, noticed by the end of the day it had smeared and speckled under my eyes. It did go on easily, so I purchased the blue. After a few hours, I noticed it also smeared but worse then the black, it looked as though I had two bruised eyes. Hopefully, the formula will be improved. I've been using the foundation and finishing powder for several years now and love them especially knowing the ingredients are safe.
