Foundation "Try It" Sizes
Our "Try It" Sizes come in 5 gram jars and is unable to be customized. Please see our Custom Shades page for more information on personalizing your foundation to your desired shade!

Please choose your formula and shade color in the drop boxes. Our Foundation has a creamy consistency and you only need to use a very small amount. 
 

Original Formula

Ingredients: zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, mica, magnesium stearate, iron oxides, allantoin, Apple Poly® polyphenols, trans-resveratrol, green coffee bean extract, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate.

Oil Control Foundation with Calcium Carbonate

Ingredients: zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, mica, magnesium stearate, calcium carbonate, iron oxides, allantoin, Apple Poly® polyphenols, trans-resveratrol, green coffee bean extract, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate.

Oil Control Foundation with Silica

Ingredients: zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, mica, magnesium stearate, silica, iron oxides, allantoin, Apple Poly® polyphenols, trans-resveratrol, green coffee bean extract, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate.

Lucy Light

Ingredients: zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, mica, magnesium stearate, iron oxides

Note from Annie ~ If your skin is extremely sensitive, you would do best with our “Lucy Light” which offers the same texture, shades and coverage without the added antioxidants. If your skin is oily, I offer two different Oil Control Formulas. One contains Silica and the other contains Calcium Carbonate. I have found that some women do better with one ingredient over the other. I prefer the Calcium Carbonate formula for my skin, but I have many customers who love the Silica formula. I only use the Oil Control Formula in the summer when it is extremely hot and humid. If I use it in the winter, it tends to cause my skin to become dehydrated. If you have combination/dry skin, you will probably do better with our Original Formula.
Be sure to keep your skin well exfoliated and then moisturize using a few drops of your favorite Ambrosia Beauty Oil mixed with water for best results. Our Ambrosia Beauty Oils help to balance the oil and moisture content of your skin and are the perfect primer for Lucy Minerals Foundation.

    I love this foundation, and plan to order the full size.
    I used Bare Minerals for probably a decade, but the formulation no longer suits my skin (makes it itch).

    Safe coverage

    I have rosacea and extremely sensitive skin. Currently I’m have an allergic rash on my face and the Lucy Light formula is covering it and not causing any further reaction. Other mineral foundations I looked at had ingredients that I knew were no goes for me. The Lucy light formula was creamy feeling on my skin and was surprisingly full coverage.

    Amazing coverage for my hyperpigmentation

    I am so very happy with this product. I cannot believe how well it covers my age spots and hyperpigmentation without making my face cakey. It is weightless and it feels like you have no make up on. I just love it.

    Face is still burning

    I truly adore the colors that I chose, and this mineral powder goes on easily. It blends so well . Unfortunately there is just something about mineral powder that I guess I can't wear. My face burned as bad as with other drug store brands of mineral powder/foundation. I did not choose the version for the most sensitive skin, however, as I typically don't have sensitive skin.

    Good Product

    I planned on using this little sample as my concealer. It's a good size for that and for that purpose the jar is handy but the colors are much paler online than in person making it almost unusable for me. I would like to see sample sizes offered in baggies like they are in one of the sample kits so they could be offered at a lower price as that would make guesswork more comfortable.

    PERFECT SIZE TO TEST

    I started using Lucy's Minerals because of a review and was really pleased to see try-it sizes, which meant I could see how the foundation looked before buying. I also sent a photo and gave some details about my skin type and colouring and was helped with the colour range that would be most appropriate for my skin. This was fabulous especially as I am in England and cannot just "pop-in" to see before buying. Best thing ever, it helped me to choose the right colours. All the foundations are brilliant!     So not only did this foundation prove to be the best I've ever tried, but the customer service is fantastic. They replied to me quickly with a personal feel and I got my order to me fast.

    This stuff lasts forever and just melts into my skin. I get full coverage without any cakeiness or dryness. It's fantastic. I've already turned a friend on to it, I can't stop raving. At this price, howner could you justify not trying it??

    I have tried several mineral makeup brands and Lucy Minerals has been the best!!!
    I wear Lucy Light Formula in Bisque. It is a perfect match for my sensitive skin.The coverage is great. Looks just like my skin, but better! I have recommended Lucy Minerals
    to my friends and family.
